Q&A
Q: Aside from your restaurant week dish, what items does your restaurant source from local farmers? Please share the names or locations of local farms that you source ingredients from.
A:
We source our eggs from Dakota Layers, our coffee and syrups come from Farmers Brothers, and our paper and chemical supplier is local, Dakotah Paper. We dedicate one of our two taps to a local brewery; we are currently offering Fernson's Lions Paw. We often source our t-shirts, printed menus, and other goods from local vendors, though the source can vary.
Q: If you source locally: why is it important to you to source ingredients locally?
A: We value building relationships within our community, and work to partner with local vendors whenever possible to create and maintain those connections. We are proud to be a member of the downtown Sioux Falls community and look forward to more opportunities to partner with our neighbors.
