Wood Fire Grilled Lamb Chops
Tender spring lamb chops grilled over a wood fire, served with creamy spring pea risotto, fennel, roasted peppers, Marcona almonds, and parmesan reggiano.
Sautéed Mussels
Mussels sautéed with shallots and garlic in a white wine beurre blanc. Served with grilled ciabatta for dipping.
3 Course Menu
Green Goddess Salad: Hearts of palm, guacamole, bibb lettuce, Peruvian peppers, pickled red onions, crispy tortilla strips, and cotija cheese.
Pork Carnitas Chimichanga: Slow-cooked carnitas and refried beans wrapped in a tortilla, deep-fried, and topped with green enchilada sauce and queso fundido.
Horchata Tres Leches Baked Alaska: Tres leches cake with horchata cream, salted caramel brownie ice cream, and toasted meringue, flambéed tableside.
Blue Cheese & Balsamic Sirloin
A 10 oz. Center Cut Sirloin prepared to your specification and nestled on fried onion strings. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles, horseradish Dijon, and a balsamic glaze. Served with a rustic roll and honey butter.
Fried Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Crispy breaded chicken strips served on buttery brioche toast with American cheese, parmesan, bacon Caesar dressing, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce. Served with garlicky tater tots.
Maple Stacker Croissanwich
Crispy bacon, sausage patty, hash browns, cheddar cheese, and an over-hard egg, topped with maple onion bacon jam. Served on a croissant French toast bun with a choice of side.
Tuscany Filet
8 oz. charbroiled beef tenderloin, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and a merlot demi-glace. Paired with a parmesan alfredo gnocchi with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

The Mother Clucker
Spicy BBQ breaded chicken, topped with sweet chili-dusted bacon and melted sharp cheddar cheese. Served with creamy slaw on a locally made Breadsmith bun with a side of sweet Maui onion chips.
Shish-Ba-Rak
A Syrian dish similar to tortellini. The tortellini are cooked in a yogurt soup infused with cilantro and harissa sauce, then topped with toasted pine nuts.
