Q: Aside from your restaurant week dish, what items does your restaurant source from local farmers? Please share the names or locations of local farms that you source ingredients from.

A: I get arugula and scallions from Caselli's market garden

I get zucchini, eggplant, radishes, potatoes, garlic, cucumber, and baby greens from Dakota Fresh Food Hub

I get Armenian cucumber and Lebanese zucchini from Tillfor Rye Farm whenever they plant these crop  

Q: If you source locally: why is it important to you to source ingredients locally?

A: Small farms are better for the environment; less carbon print and small farmers care for the health of the soil. I like to know where my produce comes from and the local produce has more intense flavors. Also, my father was a farmer so I know how hard farming is and for that, I like to help small farms survive.
