Chef Lance's on Phillips is Chef Lance White's 1st restaurant after 25 years in the business. From resorts, to small cafe's, to catering weddings, Chef Lance found his home in Downtown Sioux Falls serving up elevated comfort food in a charming and historic downtown location that welcomes all.
Q: Aside from your restaurant week dish, what items does your restaurant source from local farmers? Please share the names or locations of local farms that you source ingredients from.
A: Quality and freshness is very important to us at Chef Lance's on Phillips, as well as supporting other locally owned small businesses. We get our bread and cookie dough fresh from Breadsmith. We buy our cheese, ice cream and heavy cream from Stenslands Family Farms and we get our mushrooms and microgreens from a local grower.
